msn2foaf
I came across msn2foaf via the foaf-a-matic. I noticed it doesn't hash the email addresses of other people. This tends to present your foaf file as a ripe target for spammers. So I hacked in a few edits to it.
You can download my copy of it here.
What this does, from a unix machine, is login to MSN messenger, pull down your list of contacts and transform it into an FoaF file in RDF format. You can then use or edit that file and save it on your web page. Then others can see who you've got on your friend-of-a-friend list. Here's mine.
