A local man in Ellicott City has taken steps to challenge a spammer located in Linthicum. As a result the spammer is trying to use the courts to strike back.

The spammer is, apparently, presenting claims to Howard County court officials that have led to the issuance of a restraining order. What a tragedy, a mechanism often used legitimately by victims is perverted to suit a spammer's desire to continue to assault the rest of us electronically.
