Japan offers aid
CNN reports:Japan will contribute up to $100 million worth of humanitarian assistance to Iraq and neighboring countries, its foreign ministry announced Wednesday. This decision is in response to an appeal from the United Nations and International Committee of the Red Cross. The aid includes money for food, medical assistance and restoration of water supply facilities.
So where's the same sort of gesture from their oil-rich neighboring Arabs?
