I want event metadata

I want lists of events with real data. I want to have reliable location, address, purpose and time data accessible. I'm sick and tired of crappy-ass cut and paste from web pages. Give me the damned data in a form that I don't have to transcribe. Microsoft does a great job of this with supporting vCard and calendar snippets. But this is not enough. I want it in XML and I want it marked up with a reliable framework like RDF.

Hey, I'm just following my own rule "if you don't ask, you won't get".

There's a point to this rant, I'll try to clarify soon.
