Now this is excellent news, a DC attorney gets called in the middle of the night by a telemarketer. He sues the telemarketer and wins $500. Here's the story.

What good about this is the clear process of applying laws as they exist now. Know your rights and apply the law in support of them.

Hmmm, maybe I need a weblog tool that let's me jot down the incoming telephone number and name when a telemarketer calls. Then have it do the website lookup/reverses on the number.... oh lazy web...
