In the process of which he's trying to conflate Userland (a three person company) to the same level as Netscape or Microsoft. Geez, what gall! This isn't hard to fathom, anyone leaving him or his products off a list maybe is likely doing so because of how he abuses people! There's no sense in them listing, linking or otherwise mentioning him with the horrendous abuse he dishes out.
