The damned Quicktime program insists on worming its way, virus-like, back into the registry even after a user manually deletes it. That and it seems to 'conveniently' ignore it's own control panel setting not to do it! This little hack seems to fool it into stopping it from reloading. Good riddance.

Now to find a way to kill the Java icon from the systray. Supposedly it's control panel configuration will prevent it from appearing. It seems to likewise ignore this setting and display itself regardless of user preferences.
