Besy Buy? Maybe. Best Service? Not on your life!
Ugh, what a lame repair job the Best Buy folks did on my laptop. Yeah, they replaced the overheating and clicking sound card. But they ignored the fact the left speaker isn't working. And yes, it was on the repair order. That and they took nearly 4 WEEKS to do only half the job! I've a series of presentation next week and then, I suppose, it'll be off for another FOUR DAMNED WEEKS of so-called repair.
Looking for a good price? Maybe it's worth trying Best Buy. Looking for decent service? Look elsewhere.
Meanwhile, where does one get an extended warranty on these things? Apparently I've missed the lottery-like deadlines Best Buy puts on the units. I'd like to buy a warranty, but where?
