But they ignored the fact the left speaker isn't working. And yes, it was on the repair order. That and they took nearly 4 WEEKS to do only half the job! I've a series of presentation next week and then, I suppose, it'll be off for another FOUR DAMNED WEEKS of so-called repair.

Looking for a good price? Maybe it's worth trying Best Buy. Looking for decent service? Look elsewhere.

Meanwhile, where does one get an extended warranty on these things? Apparently I've missed the lottery-like deadlines Best Buy puts on the units. I'd like to buy a warranty, but where?
