Great tires, crappy service
Just picked up a pair of Michelin Pilot XGT tires for the Cabrio. Got a great price, on sale, from Sears.
But, sheesh, the help during the afternoon shift at the Westlake location was just terrible. Shiftless and lazy are two words that come to mind. What's worse is the car was done a half-hour before I happened to walk outside and SEE it sitting there. The really irritating thing was the attitude the shuffling idiots working there had when I asked why someone didn't at least call out a name when the work was done? It's not like anyone in their right mind wants to sit in a place that looks like it gets mopped once a season AND has no decent seating. So I'm faced with trying to perch on the barely working window air conditioner for an hour and a half.
Yet another place working their hardest to practice sales prevention. Next time I get tires, it won't be from Sears.
