Viewing source?
Does the view-source: protocol handler work in things other than IE?
view-source:http://www.ideaspace.net/users/wkearney/foaf.xrdf
Using Internet Explorer on that link would bring it up in your local text editor. Does this work in other browsers?
If not, what does it take to add a protocol handler for it to them?
Mozilla Firebird 0.6.1 just opens your view source link in the current page and renders as plain text.
Opera 7 doesn't look to support the view-source "protocol", and appends it to the URL as if it were a relative request:
http://www.ideaspace.net/users/wkearney/archives/entries/view-source:http://www.ideaspace.net/users/wkearney/foaf.xrdf.
Forcing a view source returns an error message: "The address type is unknown or unsupported"
FWIW Safari on MacOSX said it can't go there 'cos MacOS X doesn't recognise addresses beginning 'view-source:'.

I installed the handy Web Developer extension (http://chrispederick.myacen.com/work/firebird/webdeveloper/) and one of its functions opens the source code in a new tab. Very handy.
