What, no pictures?

kynn, among many others, is parroting the Independent's line here. If they used bulldozers there would be no stumps sticking out of the ground. They'd have been pulled entirely up out of the ground.

Why does this article sound fishy? Oh right, it gives the self-ashamed liberals a chance to bash their country, the military AND the Israeli's all at once! How convenient!

Show us the pictures to support your lies.

Update: wow, such hostility! Such a shame kynn gets his knickers knotted up so easily. There's no use in arguing about it as he's apparently gotten himself firmly entrenched. It's a tragedy to see people behaving so rigidly and with such negativity!

All I can say is the Independent has, time and again, failed to present material that doesn't smack of bias, and not just against one position. But hey, it's all the vogue to take the slanted and sensationalist angle so why should this be different? After all, they're just after an audience to sell their advertising. The truth just doesn't really factor into the economics of that game.

It's tragic to see what might be otherwise well-intentioned people being led so blindly. Ah well. With luck folks like these eventually see enough of the world to recognize it's not the black and white, neatly segmented, picture they so desperately painted in their youth. It'll certainly be fascinating to see the evolution tracked over time in the web archives.
