Getting beta and better!
I love using Skype.
I just had an hour and 35 minute phone call with a guy in New Zealand using it. Sure, it was a little choppy. The sound quality, when it wasn't breaking up, was amazing! It was like he was in the room with me.
The best part? It was FREE!
No more trans-oceanic telephone bills! While I'm delighted to speak with some of my friends overseas, it gets expensive in a hurry. I could have flown to Heathrow and met with Ben in person for what my phone calls cost.
Well, no more! From now on I'm going to use things like Skype instead!
