What a load of bunk. Keeping Watch for Interstellar Computer Viruses
So the little green men are going to, what, send us spam suggesting "she'll love us longer if we've got a warp drive" and attach a world-destroying HTML attachment? Please, what a load of crap. Sounds like this Fermi employee is making stuff up just to get grant money to research it.
