The button on the touchpad is either sending two clicks or there's something wrong with the scrolling settings. When clicking in the gray area above or below the slider in a vertical scroll bar it's acting as if two clicks were made. This is not happening anywhere else (it's not a hardware problem).

I just can't seem to find the right place for controlling how many pages get scrolled up/down when this area is clicked. Any clues?
