<mt:body>
If you're looking for an ISP that knows their stuff technically look no further than Speakeasy. Their phone support folks are a pleasure to work with, even though it's rarely necessary. I've been having some intermittent interruptions of my IP connectivity. The kind that's completely unpredictable and gives no outwardly detectable signs of it's cause.
</mt:body>

	<mt:more>
In the past when I called my previous ISP, Earthlink, it was like going through a damned Spanish Inquistion fighting off the utterly incompetent boobs they had working tech support.

Contrast this with Speakeasy, you call, put in your DSL service number and, lo and behold, the support rep that comes on the line doesn't start in with asking for everything all over again. They've got their systems coordinated. And they don't give off that condescending vibe so often received from support folks; like we're bothering them by calling. They asked smart questions and correctly detected I know what the hell I'm talking about. This instead of mindlessly plodding through some dumb-ass script.

Anyway, they're going to look into the problem and I actually believe they'll fix it. Ask if this is true of your ISP. If not, take a look into Speakeasy's services.
</mt:more>
