Server changes afoot
Bear with me folks as I move from one host to another. Both web service and mail might be a little spotty through the next few days.
I will say I'm glad to see how smooth it was moving a MovableType install from one box to another. I had to tweak a few configuration files to account for some new file locations but otherwise it's been quite easy. All I did was tar up the files from the old box, move 'em to the new one and unpack them. Moving the actual database content was a little trickier. I ran mysqldump from the old system and moved the file to the new box. Then I recreated the database, setup the user and inserted the old dump file. It appears to have worked. (which will, of course, jinx it...)
Anyway, between the stomach bug and sudden host changes it's been a tough week.
