Find that IE doesn't seem to want to 'let go' of the old DNS records? Then hack the registry to cause it to reload the cache a but more frequently:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings]
"DnsCacheTimeout"=dword:0000003c

This will cause IE to expire it's cache every 60 seconds (3C hex). This may be more frequent than you'd want to use on a regular basis however. Adjust it accordingly or delete the entry once your DNS troubles resolve themselves. (pun intended)
